Chief Administrative Officer, DCSEM, DAE, 2^nd Floor, North Wing, Vikram Sarabhai Bhavan, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai – 400 094 invites sealed tender (in three bids up to 15.00 hours on 31.05.2006 for out rights purchase of premises / to take on leave and licence basis approximately 2500 to 3000 square feet built-up area preferably at ground or first floor near Nerul / Kharghar / Belapur CBD Railway station for the purpose of running a departmental Dispensary.

Interested parties may please furnish details of the premises offered in three separate sealed cover as under: -

1. Technical Bid – This shall include conveyance deed, Property Registered Card (showing the ownership of the concerned party), ULC Order, NA Order, Non Encumbrance Certificate, Certificate of Payment of Municipal Taxes, Link up documents till the presents present seller, Plan of building and Completion certificate issued / approved by BMC, Occupation Certificate etc.
2. Price Bid – Please quote the experienced price / rate of the property per square feet in this bid.
3. EMD of Rs. 10,000/- in the form of Demand Draft or F.D.R. from any schedule bank in favour of Accounts Officer, DCSEM, Mumbai.

Technical Bid of the Tender shall be opened subsequently for which the date and time shall be intimated separately to the tenderers whose offer is found technically suitable. Bid submitted without EMD shall be summarily rejected.

The Chief Administrative Officer, DCSEM, DAE reserve the right of accept or reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
