eligible Contractors for the following works and to be received & opened at 15:30 hrs. on same day in the
office of the Engineer-in-Charge, DCS&EM, DAE, Institute of Physics,
Sachivalaya Marg, Bhubaneswar-751 005 :-

EMD shall be
deposited along with bid in the form of Demand draft or pay order or FDR
in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, VECC, Kolkata” in separate sealed
cover. Tenders documents can be had from 14.07.2008
to 25.07.2008 on any working day between 11.00 & 16.00 hrs. from office
of the Engineer-in-Charge, DCSEM, DAE, Institute of Physics, Sachivalaya Marg,
Bhubaneswar and office of the Project Engineer(EW), DCSEM, DAE, 1/AF, Bidhan
Nagar, Kolkata-64 on application with following credentials :-
1. Experience in carrying out similar type
of works i.e. providing of vehicle
2. List
of works including similar works in hand and works carried out by them for the
last three years indicating Annual Turnover, the Agency whom executed, value of
work, completion time, stipulated & actual or present position of the work,
completion certificates (copies of order, scheduled of quantities &
completion certificates are also to be enclosed).
3. Profit
& loss statements / Income Tax return for past three years ending
31.03.2008.
4. Copies
of R.C. books of owned vehicles (minimum 2 Nos.)
5. Copy
of service tax registration certificate.
The Parties fulfilling following criteria
shall only be considered for issue of tender documents and pre-qualification :-

In the absence of any documents listed above, with the application the requisition for issue of tender forms will not be considered. Cost of tender documents Rs. 500/- (non-refundable) which shall be paid in Cash or in the form of DD/PO drawn in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, VECC, Kolkata”. Project Engineer(EW), DCSEM, DAE, 1/AF, Bidhan Nagar, Kolkata-64 reserves the right to accept or reject the tender(s) in full or in part without assigning any reason thereof. Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith.
