   INVITATION FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

 

 EOI No : DCSEM / Head (PCD) / ADV. & PUB. / 208  / 05-08  dt 15.05.08.

 

  1. Directorate of Construction Services & Estate Management, DAE, Vikram Sarabhai Bhavan, 3rd floor, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-94 on behalf of the President of India, invites Expression of Interest from reputed and experienced agencies for Advertising and Publishing of  tender, pre qualification notice  and other matter  in Local / National  News Papers initially for a period of one year. Likely to be extended for a period of three years based on satisfactory performance.

 

  1. Likely places of publication : a) Mumbai, b) Pune, c) Delhi, d) Gurgaon (Haryana), e) Kolkata and  f) Chennai etc.

 

  1. Agencies fulfilling following criteria shall be considered for participation.

a)Have carried out similar jobs preferably for Government/ Semi Government/ Government Undertaking/ Government Autonomous Bodies etc,

b) Having proper supporting staff and infrastructural facilities,

c)  Having experience in the field not less than 5 years as on December 07.

d)  Having preferably accredited by Indian Newspaper Society

 

  1. The interested agencies are required to furnish the following information and documents in their “Expression of Interest “.

a)  Organisational Structure,

b) Year of establishment, 

c)  Performance Certificates

d)  Experience in carrying out similar jobs,

e) Latest ITCC / Profit & Loss statement certified by Charted Accountant,

f)  PAN reference.

 

  1. Interested agencies must submit their “Expression of Interest” in sealed envelope upto15:00 Hrs. on 06.06.2008 in the office of the Head (PCD), DCSE, DAE, V.S. Bhavan, Anushaktinagar Mumbai-94.
