TENDER NOTICE NO.30 OF 2008-2009 dt. 13.5.2008.
Sealed tenders are invited on behalf of the President of India by the Superintendent-I, Engineering Services Division, Directorate of Construction, Services & Estate Management, 3rd floor, V.S. Bhavan, Mumbai – 400 094, from Contractors on approved list of Central P.W.D., M.E.S., Railways, State P.W.Ds and (or) those having adequate experience for the following work.
i) Description : Anti-termite treatment for the residential and non-residential buildings
under TTM-II Unit at Anushakti Ngar, Mumbai.
ii) Estimated Cost : Rs.1,51,000/-
iii) Security Deposit : 10% of tendered value
iv) Earnest Money Deposit : Rs.3,020/-
v) Periods allowed for : 6 ( Six ) months.

vi) Cost of Tender : Rs.250.00 (Rupees Two Hundred & fifty only) in cash (non-refundable)
Tender forms for the above work can be had from the Office of the Superintendent-I, Engineering Services Division, Directorate of Construction, Services & Estate Management, 3rd floor, V.S. Bhavan, Mumbai – 400 094, on any working day between 10.00 hours to 16.00 hrs. from 15.5.2008 to 26.5.2008 on payment of Rs.250/- ( Rupees Two Hundred & Fifty only) per set in cash on production of proof of registration in appropriate class of contractors, their past experience and annual turnover. The tender documents will not be sent by post.
Tenders which should always be placed in sealed covers with the name of work written on the envelope will be received in the Office of the Superintendent-I, Engineering Services Division, DCSE, 3rd floor, V.S. Bhavan, Mumbai – 400094 upto 14.30 hrs. on 28.5.2008 and will be opened on the same day at 15.00 hrs. in the presence of attending tenderers.
Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft, FDR, Pay Order drawn in favour of Accounts Officers DCSE, should be enclosed with the tender. Tenders not accompanied by the Earnest Money Deposit are liable to be rejected.
