i)           Description                              :  Repairs / replacement of damaged / rusted M. S. windows and ventilators in

   various  categories of residential flats under TTM-III Unit at A’ Nagar, Mumbai.

ii)             Estimated Cost                     :   Rs.1,90,000/-     

 

iii)            Security Deposit                  : 5% Performance Guarantee +5% Security Deposit (as per Tender condition)

 

iv)           Earnest Money Deposit      :   Rs.3,800/-

 

v)            Periods allowed for              :   12 ( twelve ) months.
