sealed cover. Tender documents can be had from 30.06.2008 to 15.07.2008
on any working day between 11.00 &16.00hrs. from
office of Head, GSS, DCS&EM, 3rd floor, V.S.Bhavan,
Anushaktinagar, Mumbai -400094. on
application with following credentials.
1. Experience in carrying out
similar type of works.
2. List of works including similar works in hand and
works carried out by them for the last seven years indicating Annual Turnover,
the Agency whom executed, value of work, Completion time, Stipulated &
Actual or present position of the work, completion certificates. (Copies of
work order, scheduled of quantities & completion certificates are also to
be enclosed)
3. Profit & loss statements
and Bank solvency certificate.
4. Latest electrical license
The Parties fulfilling following criteria shall
only be considered for issue of tender documents and pre-qualification.

tender forms will not be considered. Cost
of tender documents Rs.500/- (Non-refundable), which shall be paid in Cash or in the form of DD/PO drawn infavour of “ Pay &
Accounts Officer, DCS&EM, D.A.E Mumbai”. Tenders will not be sent by
post.
Head, GSS, DCS&EM reserves the right to accept the work (s) in full or in
part, or reject the tender(s) in full or part without assigning any reason
thereof. Tenders with any condition including conditional rebate shall be
rejected forthwith.
