had from 5/05/2008 to 14/05/2008 on any working day between 11.00
&16.00hrs. from office of Head, GSS, DCS&EM,
3rd floor, V.S.Bhavan, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai -400094. on
application with following credentials. |

2. List of works
including similar works in hand and works carried out by them for the last
seven years indicating Annual Turnover, the Agency for whom executed, value of work, Completion time, Stipulated &
Actual or present position of the work, completion certificates. (Copies of
work order, scheduled of quantities & completion certificates are also to
be enclosed) |

4. Valid electrical license. |

The Parties fulfilling following criteria shall only be
considered for issue of tender documents and pre-qualification. |

documents listed above, with the application the requisition for issue of
tender forms will not be considered. Cost of tender documents Rs.500/-
(Non-refundable),
shall be paid in Cash or in
form of DD/PO drawn in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer,
DCS&EM, D.A.E Mumbai”. Tenders will not be sent by post.Head,
General Services Section, DCS&EM, reserves the right to accept the work
in full or in part, or reject the tender(s) in full or in part without
assigning any reason thereof. Tenders with any condition including
conditional rebate shall be rejected forthwith. |
