Financial bids) along with EMD in the form of Demand draft or FDR in favour
of “Pay & Accounts Officer., DCS&EM, DAE, Mumbai” shall be received
in the office of Manager Dhruva Guest
House, Kidwainagar (W), New Delhi-23 up to 15.00 hrs on 15.07.2008.Only technical bids of T-12(R) of
2008-09 shall be opened at 15.30 hrs

2008-09(single part): Tenders in sealed envelopes
along with EMD in the form

Financial bids of tender
notice no.T-12(R) of 2008-09 shall be opened at a later date, which will be
notified separately. Opening of financial bid shall subject to short listing
of the bidders on verification of their credentials and inspection of works
carried out by them, through committee of experts formed by DCS&EM.
Tender documents can be had from 26.06.2008 to 11.07.2008 on any
working day between 11.00 &16.00hrs. from Manager, Dhruva Guest House,
Kidwainagar (W),New Delhi-23 (Phone No. 011-26874885) on application with
following credentials. |

Experience in carrying out similar type of
works. |

2. List of works including similar works in hand
and works carried out by them for the last seven years indicating Annual Turnover,
the Agency for whom executed, value of work, Completion time, Stipulated
& Actual or present position of the work, completion certificates.
(Copies of work order, scheduled of quantities & completion certificates
are also to be enclosed) |

In the absence of any
documents listed above, with the application the requisition for issue of
tender forms will not be considered. Cost of tender documents Rs.500/-
(Non-refundable),
shall be paid in form of DD drawn in
favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, DCS&EM, D.A.E Mumbai”. Tenders
will not be sent by post. Head, GSS, DCS&EM, reserves the right to accept
the work in full or in part, or reject the tender(s) in full or in part
without assigning any reason thereof. Tenders with any condition including conditional
rebate shall be rejected forthwith. |
