-: NOTICE INVITING QUOTATION (QT) :-
Sealed quotations are invited for the work of “Replacement of non return valves on
delivery pipe lines of fire fighting pump houses at V.S.Bhavan
pump house at Anushaktinagar, Mumbai-94”.
Quotations
which would be placed in sealed covers superscribed with the name of work will
be received by the Superintendent (E), General Services Section, Directorate of
Construction Services & Estate Management, Department of Atomic Energy,
Anushaktinagar, Mumbai:400 094, upto 3.00 p.m. on 29.08.2008
and will be opened by him in his office at
Estimated Cost Rs.70,450/-
Quotations must be filled in the form of
tender documents/schedule of Quantities enclosed herewith.
The
contractor should write in figures as well as in words the rates quoted by
them. The amount for each item shall be worked out and the requisite totals
given. All corrections must be having dated initials of the contractor.
The time allowed for
carrying out this work is “One month”.
The right to accept the
quotations will rest with Superintendent (E), General Services Section, who
does not bind himself to accept the lowest, or any other quotations and
reserves to himself the right to reject and or all the quotations received
without assigning any reason whatsoever.
Quotation which do not fulfil all or any of the above conditions and incomplete in any respect, are liable to be summarily rejected.
The contractor shall pay
an E.M.D. of Rs.1400/- (Rupees
One Thousand Four Hundred only). EMD should be submitted in form of DD/Pay
Order drawn in favour of “Pay & Accounts Officer, DCS&EM/DAE, Mumbai”. Security Deposit amounting to rupees 10% of the
tendered cost shall be withheld (inclusive of E.M.D.) from all the bills and
the same shall be released after defect liability period of Six month is over.
Your offer shall valid for one month from the date of opening of bids. Offer
shall include all duties, taxes including WCT/VAT & service tax etc. No.
concessional certificates will be issued for OCTROI/VAT etc.
Mode of measurement will
be as per the guidelines laid in the Indian Standard Code.
