2. Tender documents alongwith a copy of the
terms and conditions of the allotment may be obtained from the office of Chief
Administrative Officer, Directorate of Construction, Services & Estate
Management, 2nd floor, North Wing, Vikram Sarabhai Bhavan, Anushaktinagar, Mumbai
- 400 094 on any working day between 1100 hrs. and
1600 hrs. till 10/07/2008 on submission of a written application and
payment of Rs.250/- payable in Cash/Demand Draft drawn in favour of Pay & Accounts Officer, Directorate of Construction, Services & Estate
Management.
3.
Tenders should be accompanied with an Earnest Money Deposit in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour
of Pay & Accounts Officer, Directorate of Construction, Services &
Estate Management payable at Mumbai
(Cheque, Cash, Bank Guarantee will not be accepted towards EMD). Tender not accompanied with EMD will not be considered.
4. Tenders
will be received upto 1500 hrs. on 15/07/2008 and opened on the same day
at 1530 hrs. in
the presence of those tenderers or their
representatives present.
5.
The Chief Administrative Officer, Directorate of Construction, Services &
Estate Management, DAE, Mumbai reserves the right to
reject any or all tenders.
